ACTIVITIES

INTERNATIONAL WOLF CENTER

The International Wolf Center is an educational facility that teaches people about wolves and how they affect the environment now and in the future. They work hard to make sure that their information is all up to date. Part of the problem that is endangering wolves is actually the loss of their habitats. They help to motivate people to allow the wolves to start reclaiming parts of the former habitats.

They have some wolves at the center currently that the people at the center have named. These wolves have been socialized into the exhibit. Sadly there are also a few wolves that have passed on listed as well. Feel free to meet the wolves and see these beautiful creatures in real life.

Although members do get into the center for free the admission for others is a little bit more expensive. Adults cost $14, senior admission (60+) costs $12 and children (4-12) can be admitted for $8 luckily children 3 and under do get in for free. If there are 8 or more of you there is actually a group price that saves you a little bit of cash instead of being $14 for adults it would be $11. For children, it drops from $8 down to $5.

The Wolf Center is open October to May Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, Saturday 9 am to pm, and Sunday 10 am to 2 pm. From May to October daily from 9 am to 5 pm. Hours are subject to change so make sure that you are checking out their website.
